Site Owner

Define and manage printers at your sites and transactions with your sellers. Determine discounts, assign coupons to sellers, and enable or block access to the services.

Seller

Upon signing up and following directions sent by email, the site owner will assign you to your site(s) and give you discounted print coupons to sell. Keep track of transactions.

Standard User

Once you have signed up and downloaded software to your computer, you log in and send your print jobs. They will wait on the designated network until you release the print jobs at your choice of printer. You will be charged for the printing service via your credit card, PayPal account, or prepaid coupon.

Enable cloud printing from your PC. Print anywhere. Standard users must download and install the client printing setup.

Android App

As a standard user, you can use your Android phone to release your print jobs at your preferred printer. As a site owner, if GPPS software cannot be loaded on a printer, a simple Android device attached to the printer provides all the required management and printing functionality.
